Since October 22nd, I have been trying to get internet service set up in our flat with Tiscali. So far, we have a home phone set up (don’t need it by the way) and they have no record of any of our information. So, after 7 calls to them spaced over the past month, they finally sent me an email with an update:
“The following update has been made to this case:
As per Gui the order is import failed , Fusion active , Gama not live , Spg order closed , Siebel is showing cust old CPS account cancelled the old account keeping this case as pending for 24 hours for monitoring .
