And to finally wrap up our series of “Christmas Vacation,” Rob and I made a last minute decision and spent our final two nights in Rotterdam.  After taking the train from Poznan back to Berlin, we hopped in our rental car and drove (over 6 hours) to this town in The Netherlands.  It was the perfect way to wind down after our travels.  Rotterdam is a low-key city built originally around a shipping culture that now houses quaint little neighborhoods and fantastic modern architecture.  We set the bar very low for sight seeing (thoroughly enjoyed the art museum and maritime museum) and took naps both days.  Wonderful!
