Oh, and here’s something else! Yesterday afternoon we walked from Canary Wharf to Greenwich….UNDER the Thames. There’s a slightly creepy but generally awesome pedestrian tunnel that allowed us to walk to the other side. And we will definitely go back to Greenwich. After checking on the Greenwich Mean Time clock, we went for beers and then on to dinner. Dinner choice? Desperado’s Mexican food! And it was actually really good (or it’s been so long since I’ve had good Mexican food that I’ve forgotten what it tastes like). Either way, Greenwich has tons of restaurants, pubs, a great market and beautiful park to offer. I predict summer picnics….
