Vacation Update Begins Now!  Rob and I ventured off on a 9-day trip to explore the Alps and do some relaxing after all of our hard work.  We flew from London into a tiny airport called Friedrichschafen (which we pronounce “FRUH fruh fruh fruh”), hopped into our AWESOME rental car, and drove a short 45 minutes to Dornbirn, Austria for a night.  Although we don’t have any pictures really, the hotel was so cool and had a huge spa on the lower level with all kinds of different saunas, steam rooms, and swimming pools.  Exactly what we needed to prepare for a long trip.  The next day we drove to Littau, Switzerland for a two-night stay in a very cute b&b.  It was only a few minutes away from Luzern, Switzerland (pictured here).  Our b&b hosts, Jenny and Raymond, were really cool and prepared us the most amazing breakfasts.  Only problem were really low ceiling beams because it was such an old house—Rob came away with a few head bumps, and Jenny & Raymond probably learned some English curse words!
